Guidelines
Important participation rules for HackNova 2025 (Online Edition):
- All participants must join the official communication channels.
- Teams must submit projects only via the official submission portal.
- Be respectful and follow proper online etiquette in all interactions.
- Use only permitted tools, libraries, and frameworks as per event rules.
- Strictly adhere to deadlines for idea submission and final project submission.
- Ensure a stable internet connection during the hackathon.
📝 Registration Process
- Go to the Registration Page and fill in your details.

If you are a Team Leader:
- Select “Yes” under "Are you leader?".
- Enter a unique Team Name.
- After successful registration:
- You will receive your Team Code.
- You will also get a confirmation email with your team details.

If you are a Team Member:
- Select “No” under "Are you leader?".
- Enter the Join Code (Team Code) shared by your leader.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your Team Name and Join Code.
- All official communication will be done via the Team Leader’s registered email.
📂 Idea / PPT Upload
- Only .pptx and .pdf files are accepted.
- When the idea submission phase begins:
- Team Leaders will receive an email with a secure upload link.
- Open the link and enter your registered email ID.
- Verify your identity using the OTP sent to your email.
- Select the Problem Statement, enter your Team ID, and upload your file.
